Ecommerce Content & Lifecycle Marketing
As Director of Marketing at GrowJoy, I owned all customer-facing digital content for a U.S.-based plant ecommerce company. This meant writing and maintaining web content that helped customers make confident buying decisions, leading lifecycle email and SMS marketing, and keeping brand voice consistent across every touchpoint.

I combined strategic planning with hands-on execution, writing product descriptions and educational content, building email and text campaigns from welcome series to seasonal promotions, and managing the editorial calendar end to end. The work required balancing product education with conversion goals, staying on brand while adapting tone for different customer segments and channels.

For Sproos, a collagen brand at launch, I defined brand voice, wrote website copy, and created educational blog content that established them as an authority while keeping the science accessible.
